This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.154 of 2014 on the file of Station House Officer, Venkatapur Police Station, Warangal District. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 354 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.
