HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.31896 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed against the order dated 2906-2016 passed in Case No.F1/3586/2015, whereby the Joint Collector remanded the proceedings to the 4th respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer (R.D.O.) to verify the records and take action as per the provisions of Inams Abolition Act duly following proper procedure. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the Joint Collector has observed that subject land to an extent of Ac.06-04 guntas in Sy.No.136 (old) New Sy.No.307 is service Inam, which will affect his rights.

Heard learned Standing Counsel for the 6th respondent.

It is to be seen that the order is remanded order. No rights of the parties are decided. The Joint Collector remanded the matter to the R.D.O. to verify the records and take action after following due procedure. As such, the petitioner can agitate his right before the R.D.O. and the R.D.O. also can decide the nature of Inam also as per the records.

In view of the same, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed subject to above observations. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
