HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 11663 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/Accused in Crime No. 226 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam District.

The learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the police after investigation filed Charge Sheet and the same was numbered as PRC No. 47 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Khammam.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, no further orders are necessary in this Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if nay, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
