Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to prosecute the appeal filed against the judgment and decree, dated 29.04.2019, passed in O.S.No.66 of 2007 by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn leaving open the remedies available to the petitioner under law.
