HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CRIMINAL PETITION No. 8051 of 2021 O R D E R:

This Criminal Petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. is filed by petitioner - Accused in Crime No. 526 of 2021 on the file of Chaitanyapuri Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 493, 496 and 313 IPC., seeking bail. 2.

According to prosecution, the de facto complainant lodged a complaint on 10.09.2021 stating that she is a divorced lady with one mentally disabled child and has been working as Nurse at Health Care Hospital. L.B. Nagar. Petitioner was working as ambulance driver in the same hospital and he proposed to marry her, went to her native place, talked with her parents and on 27.08.2020 he married the de facto complainant and stayed at Maruthi Nagar, Kothapet for about four months in which period, he got her miscarriage for two time, thus cheated her. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioner Sri Angothu Nehru submits that petitioner is languishing in jail from the last 72 days. He further submits that investigation in this crime is completed and charge-sheet is also filed.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor also does not dispute the fact that charge-sheet is already filed. 5.

Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is languishing in jail from the last 72 days and as the charge-sheet is

already filed, this Court deems it appropriate to grant bail to petitioner.

The petitioner - Accused shall be enlarged on bail in connection with Crime No. 526 of 2021, P.S. Chaitanyapuri on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of VI Additional Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B.
