Learned Government Pleader does not press this appeal on merits and prays for setting aside a part of the order dated 02.06.2016 in WP.No.16650 of 2016, whereby costs of Rs.1,000/- has been imposed, while allowing the writ petition, to be recovered from the incumbent officer Sri A. Mutyam Reddy, who is officiating as Revenue Divisional Officer.
3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has no objection for setting aside this portion of the order. Order accordingly.
4. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 02.06.2016 made in the present writ petition, remains unaltered.
