When the matter is called, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner so also learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order, dated 16.12.2015, in W.P.No.40809 of 2015 of this Court. A copy of the same is filed along with the writ material papers.

Following the said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also allowed, setting aside the order, dated 21.11.2017, in Case No.371/2017 issued by respondent No.2 herein. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Office to enclose a copy of the order, dated 16.12.2015, in W.P.No.40809 of 2015 to this order.
