When the matter was listed on two occasions i.e., on 08.12.2017 and 05.01.2018, learned counsel for the petitioner was not present and there is no representation on his behalf. Even today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Contempt Case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
