HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.156 of 2020 ORDER :

The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.3 is not mutating the names of petitioner Nos 2 to 4 in revenue records in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0-07 guntas, Ac.0-13 guntas and Ac.0-12 guntas in Sy.No.112 of Edulabad Revenue Village and Grampanchayat, Ghatkesar Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District by considering their representations dated 26-08-2019 and 25-09-2019. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioners have to make necessary application under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for mutation of their names in revenue records, but by making mere representations the mutation cannot be done. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will make necessary application under Form VI (A) of the Act by enclosing relevant documents.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to file application under Form VI (A) of the Act. On such application, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to affected parties if any. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
