Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though complaint was lodged by the petitioner, crime is not registered by the respondents.

Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that on the complaint filed by the petitioner, Crime No.55 of 2019 was registered on 22.01.2019 in Banjara Hills Police Station. 3.

In view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
