HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.6302 of 2015 and 6303 of 2015 IN/ AND Crl.P. No.5916 of 2015 COMMON ORDER :

The Crl.P.M.P. No.6302 of 2015 is filed by the petitioner/ accused to permit the petitioner to correct the C.C No.578 of 2015 instead of C.C NO.587 of 2015 which is pending on the file of II ACJ-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Miyapur, Hyderabad, is ordered and read as C.C No.578 of 2015.

2) Subject to that pending disposal of Criminal Petition No.5916 of 2015, to quash the proceedings of C.C No.578 of 2015 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Miyapur for the offence under Section 304-A IPC, filed by the petitioner/ accused against the 1st respondent-State and 2nd respondent-de facto complainant, the petitioner/ accused filed the Crl.P.M.P. No.6303 of 2015 seeking permission of this Court to compound the offence punishable under Section 304-A IPC and both the parties are present and stated that they have compromised the matter and an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) in all paid by the petitioner/ accused to compensate the 2nd respondent/ de facto complainant for death her father by name P.Papaiah.

3) Accordingly, the Crl.P.M.P. No.6303 of 2015 is

ordered and permission is accorded and the offence under Section 304-A IPC is compounded.

4) Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C No.578 of 2015 on the file of II AJCJ-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Miyapur, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner/ accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
