NO.4 1 0 0 OF 2 0 1 1 ORDER:- When the matter is called for hearing, Sri T.V.Suman, Advocate, representing Sri M.Venkata Narayana, learned counsel for the respondent states that the court below granted divorce decree and, therefore, the matter has become infructuous. The said fact is confirmed by the counsel for the revision petitioner also.
