ORDER:

Petitioner is a fair price shop dealer of shop No.22, Oppicherla Village, Karempudi Mandal, Guntur District. On certain allegations, the authorization of the petitioner was suspended pending enquiry under proceedings of the Revenue Divisional Officer dated 16.08.2014.

2. Petitioner states that he has already submitted explanation on 21.08.2014 substantiating that there no irregularities and each allegation is replied to and denied. Petitioner, however, questions the order of suspension in this writ petition, as after passing of the order of suspension no further action was taken by the respondents. Reliance is also placed upon orders of this Court in WP.No.29363 of 2014 dated 09.10.2014.

3. However, keeping in view that the order of suspension against the petitioner is in force from16.08.2014 and that the petitioner has already submitted his explanation, I deem it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the explanation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, expeditiously, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J April 2, 2015 DSK
