This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, L973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner/accused No.1 to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.1128 of 2019 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda, filed for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 420,448 and 506 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner - Accused No.1 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State. Perused the record.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the very same allegations of complaint of 2nd respondent, the Police Chilkalguda has concluded investigation and filed charge sheet. The present crime was registered on 29.11'2019 for the aforesaid offences.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that notice under Section 4t-A of Cr.P.C. was already issued to the accused. 5.

The accused has a right to speedy trial which includes speedy investigation, for which reason, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in respect of Crime No.1128 of 20L9 pending on the file of Station House Officer, Uppal Police Station, Rachakonda, to consider the charge sheet that was already filed by the Chikalguda Police on the very same facts and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible within a period of three months from the date of this order and file a final repoft. 6.
