09.02.2022 LK,J I.A.No.2 of 2022 This application is filed to permit the petitioners to correct the Court name as II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, in the place of II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad, and also delete the sentence that 'the petitioners are languishing in jail, from January, 2022' and consequently, direct the office to supply the corrected copy of the order. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners, this application is ordered subject to the petitioners depositing Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) with the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad. Registry is directed to issue amended copy of the order dated 04.02.2022.
