HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No. 15030 of 2010 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the notice of the 2nd respondent bearing Rc.No.C1/1324/09, dated 20.06.2010 (served on petitioner on 23.06.2010) and consequent action of respondents conducting fresh auction in pursuance of aforesaid notice as illegal and arbitrary and direct the respondents to continue the lease/license of petitioner to run main canteen at Annavaram temple premises as per terms up to 06.04.2011.

This Court, by order dated 29.06.2010 granted interim stay of auction proposed to be conducted under notice dated 20.06.2010 and the same was extended until further orders on 26.07.2010. Heard Smt. K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent-temple.

By virtue of the interim order granted on 29.06.2010, the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition stands redressed and therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 23.09.2015.
