In view of passing of Memo by Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, A.P., Vijayawada, on 14.03.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings including challenge to the Memo, dated 14.03.2017. Permission is accorded. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Memo dated 14.03.2017.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
