HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.29644 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners claims to be the owner and in possession of agricultural lands admeasuring Ac.0.84 cents, Ac.0.60 cents and Ac.1.60 in Sy.Nos.272, 274 and 329/5C, respectively, of Koya Rajahmundry Revenue village in Buttaigudem Mandal, West Godavari District. This land was acquired by her husband and he was granted pattadar pass books and title deeds. Her husband executed a will deed on 09.11.2016 bequeathing the above said properties in her favour and died on 01.02.2017. After the death of her husband, petitioner submitted application through AP Online on 19.06.2017 requesting to mutate her name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. Alleging in action on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 2.

At page no.10 of the material papers, receipt issued reflecting registration of application in AP Online on 19.06.2017 is enclosed. According to the learned counsel for petitioner, no decision is communicated to the petitioner. At page no.12, copy of Form-6(A) is enclosed.

In view of the submissions made and as seen from the documents enclosed at page nos.10 to 12, as the application in Form-6(A) is pending, the Tahsildar (4th respondent) is directed to consider the claim of petitioner for mutation of her name in the revenue records and to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds concerning subject properties, if petitioner is otherwise entitled, after following due procedure as required. The entire exercise shall be completed and decision thereon be communicated to the

petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
