This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in interfering in a marital discord, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to quash the criminal proceedings instituted against him.

Heard the learned Government for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the record. 3 .

No representation for the petitioner and respondent No.5. 4 .

On written instructions, dated 04.01.2019, learned Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the subject criminal case, charge sheet is filed against the petitioner/ accused No.1 and numbered as S.C.No.90 of 2018 on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad; that in the said charge sheet, it was mentioned that accused Nos.2 to 10 are absconding and as and when they are arrested, separate charge sheet will be filed against them; and that trial has already commenced in the subject case.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. However, the aggrieved parties are at liberty to workout the remedies available under law.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
