This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.2-Distrcit Collector, Guntur in not considering the representation, dated 20.12.2017, submitted by the petitioner. Since the grievance of the petitioner is limited to the extent of consideration of the representation, dated 20.12.2017, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the writ petition, the officials of respondent Nos.2 and 4 visited the site of the petitioner and assured that the objections raised by him would be taken into consideration, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate if he has any grievance in future.
