Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the photo copy of the case details of the subject matter and the same is made as part of the record.

From a perusal of the same, it is revealed that the subject case in the trial Court ended as 'Contested - Allowed in part' and the same was disposed of on 21.03.2018. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Transfer Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
