BHASI(AR REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 154 of 2o.23 o The writ petition has been filed seeking to 'declare inaction of respondent No.2 - Nrjarndbad Municipality in according permission to lift the chicken waste material from the chicken shops inspite of written representation dated 19.O9.2O22, as illegal and arbitrary
2. Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submitted that since the petitioner has made a \ 1t representation dated 19.09.2022 with the respondentMunicipality for purchasing the chicken waste material from the markets, they have llot considered the representation.
3. Sri Satyam Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Municipality submitted that now, they have taken a decision to not to supply chicken waste material to the petitioner and the Municipal authorities
they themselves want to conduct auction or they want to take up the disposal of the chicken waste material.
4. Therefore, petitioner is glven liberty to make appropriate application to the respondents for consideration of the same as per their policy5. With the above obsenrations, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
