THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2143 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the inaction on the part of Respondents 1 and 2 in considering the representation dated 07.01.2017 submitted by the petitioner seeking cancellation of the building permission granted in favour of the 3rd respondent. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner Sri V. Ramesh Reddy.

Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy submits that the representation of the petitioner will be considered and the allegation made therein, if is proved true, necessary action will be initiated against the 3rd respondent in accordance with law. Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2017 within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pass necessary orders thereon. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
