Sri Vedula Venkata Ramana, learned senior counsel appearing for Sri P.Sri Harsha Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenging the relevant statutory provision.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
