Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. 2.

According to petitioner his father was assigned land to an extent of Ac.4-00 in Sy.No.7/117, Piklo Thanda of Mamidipalli Village, Lingapur Mandal, Komarambheem (Asifabad) District. Petitioner alleges that even though they are cultivating the land, neither his father was granted the benefit under Rythu Bhima scheme, nor the said benefits are extended to him. Ventilating his grievance, application was made by the petitioner to the Tahsildar, on 18.04.2019, requesting him to sanction the money under Rythu Bhima Scheme. Alleging inaction on the said representation, this writ petition is filed.

Having regard to the above, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar3rd respondent, to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, and communicate the decision to the petitioner, within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
