When the matter is taken up today for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration by this court any more in view of the proceedings dated 12.01. .2022 issued by the respondents in pursuance of the interim orders passed by this Court in LA. No.l of 2022 dated 14.02.2022.

A copy of the proceedings dated 12.Ol.2O22 under which the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed is also placed on record of this Court.

In view of the above proceedings, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is closed.
