Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of land admeasuring Ac.2-06 guntas in Sy.No.97/E, situated at Gowraram Village, Bomraspet Mandal, Vikarabad District, having acquired through registered Gift Settlement Deed bearing Document No.1958/2019 dated 24.06.2019, through his father. Originally, the father of petitioner was the pattadar and possessor of the subject land including other lands, and he was also issued pattadar pass books and title deeds. On 14.10.2019, petitioner filed online application, for mutation of his name in the revenue records, and for issuance of e-pattadar pass book and title deed through TSTS Ltd. The TSTS Ltd., has issued acknowledgement of receipt of application dated 14.10.2019. Alleging inaction on the said application, this writ petition is filed. 3.
The copy of online receipt issued by TSTS Ltd., is enclosed at Page No.11A of the writ petition paper book.

In view thereof, and if the said application is yet to be disposed of, the Tahsildar, Bomraspet Mandal, Vikarabad District4th respondent is directed to process the said application in accordance with the provisions contained in Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, by assigning due reasons in support of the same, within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
