This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the official respondents in interfering with the disputes between the petitioner and the 4th respondent, despite injunction order passed by the X Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.676 of 2019 in O.S.No.2956 of 2019, in favour of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 09.01.2020, while denying the allegations made in the writ petition, submits that the 3rd respondent never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time, nor caused any disturbance to the construction work of the petitioner. Learned AGP further submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 19.12.2019, an entry in the General Diary was made and after enquiry, a case in Crime No.18 of 2020 was registered, for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC, on the file of Musheerabad Police Station, on 08.01.2020. It is also stated that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner, except conducting investigation in the pending FIR.

Having regard to the said submission made on behalf of the 3rd respondent, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
