This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents, in not considering and disposing of representation, dated 24.10.2009, and subsequent reminder, dated 0709-2013, of the petitioner for transfer of Shop No.1, near Kalyan Choultry, Tirumala, Chittoor District, in her name, as illegal and arbitrary.

The petitioner has narrated a long history pertaining to allotment of shop No.13 in the name of her brother. However, it is not necessary to narrate these facts in detail for the present purpose. Mrs.K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for the Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam, representing respondent Nos.2 to 5, fairly submitted that a direction may be issued to the said respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation.

In the light of the above submission of the learned Standing Counsel, respondent No.2 is directed to consider representation, dated 23-102009, and subsequent reminder, dated 07-09-2013, of the petitioner for transfer of shop No.13 in her name, take a decision thereon and communicate the same to her within one month from the date of

receipt of this order.

Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
