WRIT PETITION No.42891 of 2016 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after filing of the writ petition, Zonal Commissioner passed orders on 01.12.2016 and the same was communicated to the petitioners on 09.12.2016 rejecting the request of petitioners for grant of exemption from paying the property tax. Learned counsel for petitioner, therefore, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to petitioners to avail remedy as available in law against said order.

Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
