HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16721 OF 2006 ORDER:

This writ petition relates to batch of cases challenging the notification Under Section 4 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act, dated 4.1.2006, proposing to acquire the land of petitioners for construction of houses for general public by A.P. Housing Board. The other writ petitions i.e., W.P. No.4226 of 2006 and W.P.No.5132 of 2006 were disposed of by this Court on 28.10.2009, recording withdrawal of the land acquisition proceedings in G.O.Rt. No.116, Housing (HB-I) Department, dated 18.04.2008 and G.O.Rt. No.177, Housing (HB-II) Department, dated 30.06.2008. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is also closed pursuant to withdrawal of Notification. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
