HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT Crl.P. No. 17396 of 2016 O R D E R:- Sri Mohammed Afzaluddin Dakhni, learned counsel for the petitioners - A2 to A5, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to approach the trial Court.

Permission is accorded.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. However, there shall be interim stay of arrest of the petitioners till the trial Court passes an order.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
