The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in C.C.No.1067 of 2017 on the file of the Court of XXIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally.

2. Sri L.Ravinder, learned counsel, representing Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, states that the matter is settled between the parties and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
