This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the Petitioner/Accused to quash the proceedings against them in SC. SPl.No. 65 of 2021 pending on the file of Learned VI Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad. The offences alleged against them are under Sections 323,504 rlw 34 of lPC. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner/Accused and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to dispense with the attendance of the petitioner herein.

4. In view of the aforesaid reasons, the attendance of the Petitioner/Accused who is aged 61 years, is dispensed with in SPl.No. 65 of 2021 of pending on the file of Hon'ble VI Addt. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad. When represented by his counsel on record. The atLendance of the petitioner is dispensed

subject to filing an affidavit by the Petitioner/Accused stating that in his absence in the proceedings conducted by his counsel will not be disputed by him in any manner and shall not dispute his identity also. However, the Petitioner/Accused shall appear before the learned Magistrate as and when his presence is required. In the event of the Petitioner/Accused fail to appear when the Court directs, this order dispensing his attendance would stand cancelled. 5.
