THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33871 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-Kamareddy Municipality. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 17.04.2017 to the second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the said representation, if pending, would be verified and appropriate action be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verity the representation, dated 17.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
