THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE GUDISEVA SHYAM PRASAD Writ Petition No.249 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Rahul Reddy, Learned Counsel for the petitioners, would submit that, since there are several typographical errors in the writ affidavit, and in the prayer in the Writ Petition, the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a Writ Petition afresh.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
