HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5599 of 2012 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Kishore holding for Mr.N.Siva Reddy and Mr.U.Santhosh Kumar holding for Sri S.Sridhar. The revision is directed against the order dated 28.09.2012 in C.M.A.No.38 of 2010.

C.M.A.No.38 of 2010 was filed by 3rd defendant-1st respondent herein aggrieved by the order of injunction granted in I.A.No.240 of 2010. On 28.09.2012, the C.M.A. was allowed. On 09.11.2012, this Court directed status-quo to be maintained as on that date by both the parties pending disposal of the Civil Revision Petition.

The counsel consent to disposing of the Civil Revision Petition by making the interim order dated 09.11.2012 as final order in the Civil Revision Petition and further directing the suit to be disposed of expeditiously.

The statement is placed on record.

The Civil Revision Petition is ordered as follows :- (a) Interim order dated 09.11.2012 is made as final order in the Civil Revision Petition. (b) Learned Senior Civil Judge, Peddapuram, considers and disposes of the

suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
