ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction preferably one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.17,15,805/- payable to the petitioner agency towards the wages payable to the security guards provided by the petitioner agency to the 2nd respondent Devasthanam during the period from 01.06.2008 to 20.11.2008 as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondent to release the said amount forthwith". 2.

During the course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the amounts that were due to petitioner are paid during pendency of the present writ petition, and the same is admitted by the respondents.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the matter has become infructuous and the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
