In view of the letter, dated 14-09-2015 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file separate writ petition in view of the subsequent developments.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
