HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8070 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing any orders in the appeal dated 10.11.2015 filed by the petitioner.

It is the case of the petitioner that he approached the respondents 3 and 4 and submitted an application dated 8.9.2015 with a request to grant permission, but the respondents 3 and 4 with an intention to harass the petitioner rejected his application by passing a resolution. Aggrieved thereby the petitioner filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 10.11.2015 as per the provisions of the A.P. Panchayat Raj Act seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 to grant permission for construction of a compound wall and tin shed in the land in Sy.No.371/1, Konraopet Village, Metpally Mandal, Karimnagar District, but the same is not being disposed of so far. Hence, the writ petition.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner and considering the fact that the petitioner has already filed an appeal dated 10.11.2015 before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondentDistrict Pahcyat Officer is directed to pass appropriate orders on the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Subject to the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
