CVNR,J & GSP, J Order : (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner for issue of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce his wife Smt.Thanneru Aruna, before the Court.

At the hearing, the alleged detenu Smt.Thanneru Aruna, has appeared before the Court along with her parents. She stated that the petitioner has married her by indulging in black mailing and that, on the complaint given by respondent No.7, the police have handed over her custody to her parents from the custody of the petitioner. She further submitted that she is not willing to live with the petitioner. The alleged detenu has expressed her unwillingness to join the company of the petitioner and as she is in the custody of her parents, the relief claimed in this writ petition cannot be granted. 3.
