Heard Sri P.Raja Sripathi Rao, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.Ratnam, learned counsel representing Sri K.Raghavacharyulu, learned counsel for the National Mineral Development Corporation, the respondent.

By way of this application, the applicant seeks extension of the mandate of the Honourable Arbitrator for a period of six months from 12.10.2018 for passing an arbitration award. Perusal of the material placed on record demonstrates that sufficient grounds are made out for extending the mandate of the Honourable Arbitrator.
