THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.3410 OF 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) It is represented on behalf of the petitioners that the 4th respondent - The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad (currently holding additional charge by the Tribunal at Calcutta) has heard the matter bearing number S.A.No.532 of 2013 and reserved the same for judgment on 12.12.2014. But yet no judgment is pronounced so far. Even if there was pressure of work and the work of two tribunals is being handled by one Court for want of a Presiding Officer being appointed to the Tribunal at Hyderabad, the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad is required to decide the matter as expeditiously as is possible.
Hence, we direct the 4th respondent - The Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad to deal with and dispose of the matter bearing number S.A.No.532 of 2013 within a maximum period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on merits.
With this, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
