ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 25.10.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.205 of 2019.

Following the order dated 25.10.2019 in W.P.No.205 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation afresh seeking relaxation of the educational qualification, as stipulated in the notification, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with Rules 31 and 32 of the Telangana State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. No costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
