This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the third respondent in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.12.2019.

During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the third respondent has registered a case based on the complaint of the petitioner and the cause in the writ petition does not survive any more. 3.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
