THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 417 of 2019 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to release the vehicle of the petitioner i.e. Bajaj Auto Rickshaw bearing Registration No. TS 06 UB 3287. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government Pleader for Prohibition & Excise.

It is represented across the Bar that in similar circumstances, this Court passed orders releasing the vehicle. In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the respondents to release the petitioner's vehicle bearing Registration No. TS 06 UB 3287 seized in connection with C.O.R. No. 124 of 2018 on the file of the 5th respondent, subject to his depositing a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) in favour of 4th respondent herein. Other proceedings may go on. Subject to the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand closed.
