ORDER:- The present application is filed to extend the time for appearance of the petitioner before the concerned S.H.O..

By an order, dated 10.02.2020 passed in Criminal Petition No.94 of 2020, this Court while disposing of the Criminal Petition, directed the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer, Mahadevpur Police Station, Jayashankar-Bhupalpally District, once in every three months till completion of investigation or filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner rs rn Dubai and due to Covid-19 pandemic, he could not come to India to comply the orders of this Court and as such requested to extend the time for his appearance.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the time granted to the petitioner to appear before the Station House Officer, Mahadevpur Police Station, Jayashankar Bhupalpally District, is hereby extended by another four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extensions will be granted.

Accordingly, the I.A. is ordered.
