THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.4484 of 2011 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This writ petition is filed in the year 2011 with the prayer, which reads as under:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue Writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in issuing the possession notice dated 12.01.2011 as illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable in law and pass such other order or further orders as this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Being an old matter of 2011, this case is listed under the caption "Specially Identified Cases", for disposal. In spite of the same, there is no representation when the matter is called for hearing. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
