Mahender Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader has filed affidavit dated 23.2.2016 of K. Swarnalatha, Land Acquisition Officer, HMDA, Tarnaka, Hyderabad, stating that the land involved in the appeal is not required at this juncture. She has given all the details in the affidavit. The affidavit is taken on record. In view of the affidavit filed by K. Swarnalatha, Mr. B. Mahender Reddy, learned Special Government Pleader does not press the appeal.
