ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that challenging the suspension order dated 01.08.2014, the petitioner has filed OA before the Tribunal; that the Tribunal vide order dated 27.08.2014 granted interim suspension of the impugned order; that thereafter, the said OA was transferred to this Court and that in pursuance of the said interim order, the petitioner was reinstated into service.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. It is needless to state that the respondents shall regularize the suspension period in accordance with the Rules. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
